2. What we sell

Selah provides digital devotional content: one-time digital products (such as the 21-day audio plan) and an optional recurring membership. All content is delivered digitally; nothing is shipped.

3. One-time purchases

One-time products (e.g., the 21 Days of Peace plan, $19.99) are charged once at checkout and grant lifetime access to that product through our members portal.

4. Membership: free trial and billing terms

If — and only if — you choose to add the Selah Membership at checkout or afterwards:

  • You receive a 7-day free trial.
  • Unless you cancel during the trial, your saved payment method is charged $24.99 at the end of day 7, and then $24.99 every 28 days thereafter.
  • We send a reminder email to your address on file before every charge.
  • You can cancel at any time in one click from your account page or by emailing support@selahpeace.com. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

These terms are displayed at checkout before you subscribe. The membership is optional and is never activated without your explicit selection.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

Your access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing portal credentials or redistributing content is not permitted and may result in access being revoked.

7. Intellectual property

All content (audio, text, graphics) is owned by Clark Prestige Wear Corp and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer

Selah provides devotional and spiritual content. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or counseling services.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, United States.
